Getting paid via Stripe

To receive payments via Stripe as a collaborator, the store owner will need to have setup Stripe on their CollabPay account.

Until this is completed you will not be able to receive payments via Stripe and you will see the below message.

Setup Stripe as a collaborator

Once the store owner has setup Stripe, you can get paid by:

1. Login to CollabPay
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Go to “Payouts – Receiving payments”
4. When Stripe is ready to be setup you will see the “Set up Stripe” button.
5. Click “Set up Stripe”
6. You will be redirected to Stripe.
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to setup.

How do I access my Stripe account?

As a Collaborator, the Stripe dashboard can be accessed by logging in via your CollabPay account.

This is because you’re essentially “connected” to the Store owner’s Stripe account.

1. Go to CollabPay
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Go to “Payouts – Receiving payments”
4. Click “View Stripe dashboard”

Can I connect my existing Stripe account?

Yes. If the Store owner has enabled this then simply click the “Connect my existing String account” button and follow the instructions from Stripe.
